House of Abrash collects one thing: an email address, and only if you give it to us. This page says what happens to it.

Who is responsible

House of Abrash is run by Lovely Solutions AB
Organisation number: 559031-2988
Registered office: Håbo, Sweden
Email: hello@houseofabrash.com

Lovely Solutions AB is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect, and why

When you sign up to be told when a collection opens, we store:

Your email address

So we can send you that announcement, and occasional news from the house

The date and time you confirmedSo we can show, if asked, that you consented
The IP address you confirmed fromSame reason

The date, time and IP address are recorded at the moment you click the link in the confirmation email — not when you fill in the form. They are evidence of your consent and are used for nothing else.

We do not collect your name, and the form does not ask for it.

Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You give it by ticking the box on the form and then confirming through the link we email you. Both steps are required — an address that is never confirmed receives nothing from us.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: click unsubscribe in any email we send, or write to us. Nothing is required of you beyond that.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until you unsubscribe, until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months have passed without you opening any email from us — whichever comes first.

The consent record — the timestamp and IP address — is kept for the same period, because it only has a purpose for as long as the consent it documents.

Who else handles it

MailerLite sends our emails and stores the list. MailerLite, Inc. is a company registered in the United States; subscriber data for its current platform is stored in a Google data centre inside the European Union. Its own named sub-processors are Google Cloud EMEA Ltd (Ireland) and Vercom S.A. (Poland). MailerLite acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Vercel hosts this website. Our server records ordinary request logs when you load a page. We do not use those logs to identify you.

We do not sell your address, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not hand it to anyone else except as described here or where the law requires it.

Data outside the EU

Your address is stored in the European Union. But MailerLite is a US company, and under its agreement its staff may access the data from outside the EU for support and operations. Those transfers rest on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If this matters to you, don't give us your address — and that is a legitimate choice, not an awkward one.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, uses no advertising trackers, and runs no analytics.

If that changes, this page changes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct it if it is wrong
  • delete it
  • restrict what we do with it
  • send it to you, or to someone else, in a machine-readable form
  • stop using it for direct marketing — which we will do immediately, no reason needed

Write to hello@houseofabrash.com and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish authority for privacy protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se. You do not have to talk to us first.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect addresses from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will change this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are on the list, we will tell you by email.
